You Post It I Shoot It

Running your own small business is super time consuming, how do I know? Because I do it too!

You’re everything, from creating your products, social media manager, accountant, and even the cleaner. Ok, so I enjoy keeping my studio clean, and watering the plants is hardly a chore, but the rest can be so time consuming, sometimes the week has passed and half my to-do list is still not ticked off.

There’s one MASSIVE thing I can help you with, and that’s producing amazing photography for your brand. It can be used on everything from your product pages, to press and pr for your events or workshops. Not to mention making it super easy for you to have beautiful imagery for your blog, social media and printed materials.

How does it work?

  1. Get in touch - this way we can discuss your requirements, come up with a mood board for lighting and colours, and pick a date for your photoshoot.

  2. Send your items to me. Pack up the items you would like photographed, along with any props to really tell your story. Pop them in the post, and leave the rest to me.

  3. I will shoot them, edit the images and carefully pack them back up, and pop them in the post to you.

Harriet, I’m local, can I drop them off instead? Yes of course, I’ll give you the exact address so you can come and say hi. There’s normally some snacks in the studio too!

This service is perfect if you sell online with websites such as Etsy, Not On The High Street (NOTHS), Shopify etc. Having great product photography will help you to stand out on the web pages, way before your customer has read the text.

Each online selling platform also has different photography requirements, Not On The High Street for example, has a rather large (but helpful!) pdf with the photography requirements. I can re-size and crop the images for NOTHS or ETSY if you let me know when you book your photoshoot.

I’m also always collecting props for your shoots, so there might be something I already have that would fit with your branding, but it’s also super helpful if you provide some props. Not only will they be unique to you, they are more likely to be in your brand colours, helping your customers pick out your images straight away.

You’re more than welcome to pop into the studio to have a catch up before booking with me, just drop me an email so we can arrange a time, and I’ll get the biscuits in.
