Wrest Park Flourish’s Inspiration

A little while ago we visited Wrest Park, it’s a beautiful house and grounds, with folly’s, lakes and my favourite, the Orangery.

I’m always on the hunt for inspiration for my designs, and the grounds were exceptional in their ornate ironwork and details inside the house. There were lots of bows and florals, so perfectly on trend for this season. It has that intricate regal feel without being too over the top. I can’t wait to try a few of these shapes out in my next designs.

The black and gold feels very Gatsby, maybe a 1920’s/Art Deco style would also work?
